Zooey Turtleneck and Velvet Lucca Top
Another essential fall fashion this season is the turtleneck. In terms of necklines the turtleneck is one of my favorites. First of all, turtlenecks are universally flattering because they elongate your neck and place the focus onto your face. I also love how extremely versatile turtlenecks are. Wear a turtleneck with a suit, with a vest, with a skirt, with pants, or your favorite pair of jeans. Wear a chunky necklace or wear your favorite scarf, with a turtleneck almost anything goes. Zooey Bomber Jacket
The hip Bomber Jacket by Zooey by Alice Heller is the perfect must have for this fall. Short, cropped jackets are so in this season and truly are the perfect pieces to exemplify fall fashion trends. This designer jacket from Zooey is a perfect mix of comfort and style. I love this Bomber Jacket for so many reasons. Believe it or not this jacket is 100% washable and 100% soft cotton! We’re always on the look out for fabulous fashion trends in women’s clothing and this season one such trend is ruffles. We love the feminine touch and particularly love the use of ruffles in the Ruffle Bib Top by Zooey Clothing. The ruffle bib top features a series of 4 columns of ruffles around the “bib” area of the top. The top features a 4 button Henley collar in the middle of the ruffle columns.

Like most of Zooey’s tops, the Ruffle Bib Top is made of supima cotton so it is ultra soft and we love this top not just because of the feminine style touch with the ruffles, but also because of the versatility. It is great with jeans, but we also love to rock it with a cute skirt and boots. The sleeves are 3/4 sleeves so it is also great practically year round as well! It’s machine washable and super comfortable. The waist flares out a bit so it is best to wear it loose. It is also long–another fashion trend that we love. This is certainly one of our favorite pieces from Zooey by Alice Heller as it strikes the perfect balance with comfort and wearability and still incorporates feminine touches and adds that extra piece of “fringe”. Zooey Clothing has so many different designer clothing styles to love, but today we’re focused on their fabulous jackets. Zooey by Alice Heller has done it again! She has designed a fabulous top that we think will be a must have for all fashionistas this holiday season. We’re referring to the black satin trim cardigan top that is so versatile.

It can easily work as a cardigan over your dress to the holiday party, yet still looks amazing when worn with jeans. Zooey Long Sleeve Crew Neck

Nothing complements vintage style better than boots. It’s that time of year where boots become a wardrobe staple. While we don’t yet sell boots at Vintage Fringe, we do have several tops that would be fabulous with boots. Starting with The Frock from Laurie B., we love this tunic length sweater that can also be a dress if you have that perfect body.

In our vintage style quest to find clothing that has a bit of flair while also incorporating a bit of vintage style, today we are highlighting a piece that we think would have been the perfect fit for Greta Garbo in “Grand Hotel.”

We love the flowing top and think that today’s modern version would have even Greta smiling. The modern version is made by Zooey which means that of course it feels luxurious enough that even Greta would approve. Made with supima cotton and a contrasting voile fabric, this Pintuck Empire top creates the ultimate vintage look.
The collar is really a modified mandarin collar which is connected by two accent buttons. With 3/4 length sleeves and the voile fabric that flares on the sleeves, this top is sure to be a favorite. While the top is loose at the bottom, it still provides a fitted look because of the empire waist.
