For fall and winter fashion, I love having a variety of light weight long sleeve tops in my closet. They are perfect in helping my spring and summer wardrobe transform for cooler weather. Sometimes I even just layer two of my long sleeve shirts with a fur or sweater vest and am out the door. Here are some fabulous options in the light weight long sleeve department. I have to start with the Ganet Long Sleeve Tunic by Velvet by Graham and Spencer. I love the color, such a great blue and the cute buttons on the sleeve make this a stand out all on its own.

Another great top is the Long Sleeve Crew Neck by Zooey. Again it is a tunic length, which is perfect with jeggings or leggings. I love the bright and cheery yellow that it is available in as well as the other basic colors.

November is almost here and with it comes even colder weather and the need for warm and chic fashion. I love jackets because they keep us warm and are so easy to button up and look put together instantly. A great jacket with a funky vibe is the Bomber Jacket by Zooey Clothing. Being fashionable is a full time job, and rain, snow, and storms can not stand in your way. Normally I don’t have to deal with much weather, but even I have been subjected to some rather wet days{gasp! In San Diego??} as of late. So rather then let the gray skies bring us down, I say lets celebrate the opportunity to look oh so chic in jackets and boots! Every gal needs a pair of wellies, perfect for pulling over jeans or for the more brave, rocking with tall socks and skirts. They are comfortable, functional and of course available in all types of yummy colors and practically every price point. Designer Boatneck tops have a classic vintage look that I adore. Two great examples of the perfect boatneck top that also has a modern twist or fringe are the Daree top by Velvet and the Satin Trim Boatneck by Zooey.

By this time of year I am usually trying to shop for tops that I could probably still wear in winter but that will also work into spring. Women’s Fashion Trends

We’re always on the look out for fabulous fashion trends in women’s clothing and this season one such trend is ruffles. We love the feminine touch and particularly love the use of ruffles in the Ruffle Bib Top by Zooey Clothing. The ruffle bib top features a series of 4 columns of ruffles around the “bib” area of the top. The top features a 4 button Henley collar in the middle of the ruffle columns.

Like most of Zooey’s tops, the Ruffle Bib Top is made of supima cotton so it is ultra soft and we love this top not just because of the feminine style touch with the ruffles, but also because of the versatility. It is great with jeans, but we also love to rock it with a cute skirt and boots. The sleeves are 3/4 sleeves so it is also great practically year round as well! It’s machine washable and super comfortable. The waist flares out a bit so it is best to wear it loose. It is also long–another fashion trend that we love.
